The UK Royal Aeronautical Society Human Factors Group (Engineering) presents a one–day Conference, “Human Factors: Making a Difference”, focused on Human Factors in Maintenance

Objective: Following on from the last conference which looked at Human Factors within a Safety Management System, this conference will focus on potential solutions that can make a difference to the way in which we reduce the risks of human error.
This conference will be of interest to Accountable Managers, Quality Managers, Designers and those engaged in the management of Flight Safety, Maintenance and Continuing Airworthiness.
The conference aims to bring together speakers and delegates representing a wide spectrum of industry experience and expertise in all fields influencing and affected by Maintenance Human Factors.
The conference will seek to promote ideas and discussion which add value to businesses yet remain sensitive to the needs and concerns of the conference delegates.
